Brokerage fees are governed by RERA regulations and the terms agreed in a signed Form A (seller mandate) or Form B (buyer registration) prior to any transaction. No fees are due to Matika Properties until a property transaction is formally concluded and documented in accordance with Dubai Land Department requirements.

4. Off-Plan Properties

Off-plan property information published on this website, including developer details, payment plans, handover timelines, unit specifications and pricing, is sourced from developers and is subject to change. Matika Properties does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this information.

All off-plan purchases are subject to the developer's Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the relevant terms and conditions of the developer. Buyers are advised to review all contractual documentation carefully and seek independent legal advice before signing.

All legitimate off-plan transactions in Dubai involve RERA-registered escrow accounts. Matika Properties will never direct buyers to make payments outside of a registered developer escrow account.
