Anyone who has engaged with the real estate market of Dubai knows how "salesy" the real estate agents can sometimes get. Often there is a hidden agenda and a fake urgency for you to take action now. Even more regular is a dip in professionalism post you paying out the commissions.

Matika properties was none of that. Our experience has been great so far. Lea worked with us to find the right house, often going above and beyond to suit our needs and always thinking for our best outcome, with information we didn't have. She was patient, punctual, professional and didn't "push" and "sell".

Robert helped us post signing the contract. By then they had no short term commercial incentive in doing a 5/5 job. Robert showed up prepared, ready, and worked in our best interests. He brought up points even we had missed in the inspection.

Trust and Professionalism is so hard to earn and that is what Matika has earned with us. Would recommend giving them a shot for your needs.

We moved to Dubai one month ago and got told to be careful with real estate agents especially here… We met a few lived up to these expectations… Thankfully we met with Robert from Matika property for a 2 bedroom flat in Expo city. We were surprised how he did not try to rush us in our decision process, proposed us to view several units, as long as we needed. Once signed, he did not let us down and was available any day (even weekends!) to assist us with all paperwork, payments, move in permit and so on… we received the keys today and again Robert was showing great attention to make sure our expectations and concerns were addressed by the property management!
